摘要
结合深圳市莆田·雅颂居项目实例,对片区交通需求预测的思路与方法进行了阐述,并提出了相应的交通规划策略,期望为片区交通规划工作提供参考。
Taking the commerical project Putian-Yasongju in Shenzhen for example, the ideas and methods of area transportation demand forecast are described, corresponding planning strategies are proposed, in order to provide some reference for regional transportation planning.
