福建省水产品质量安全管理现状与对策

Quality and safety management situation and countermeasure of aquatic product in Fujian Province

对近年来福建省水产品质量安全监管工作现状进行分析与探讨。结果表明,福建省水产品质量安全水平逐年提高,并保持在较高水平。2001年,水产品监督抽查合格率为70%,2003年达到95%,从2007年开始连续7年保持在97%以上,其中2013年达到99%,位居全国前列。但水产品质量安全监管仍然存在不少的困难和问题,结合福建省实际情况提出下一阶段监管的几点对策。

Making a brief summary of the quality and safety supervision of aquatic product in Fujian in recent years, this paper indicated that the level of the aquatic product quality was increasing and keeping up high lev- el. In 2001, the pass rate of aquatic supervision reached 70%. While in 2003, it ran up to 95%. The pass rate had retained above 97% for 7 consecutive years since 1997 and achieved 99% which got to the top - ranked among the nation in 2013. However, there were still many difficulties and problems remained unsolved for the aquatic supervision. This essay attempted to come up with some suggestions in the next phase of super- vision, combined with the current situation of Fujian.
