摘要
在路桥工程建设中,墩帽作为下部结构的附属结构,起着非常重要的作用,对工程的质量有较大的影响。如果墩帽施工质量不符合规定标准,会严重影响桥梁工程的安全性和稳定性。基于此,重点阐述了施工前的准备、具体施工技术和质量控制方法等墩帽施工技术。实践证明,在使用上述方法施工后,墩帽强度的指标均符合规定的要求。因此,在路桥工程墩帽施工中,可以使用以上方法控制工程的施工质量。
In the construction process of road and bridge engineering, the pier cap plays a very important role as a subsidiary structure in the substructure and has a great influence on the engineering quality. If the construction quality of pier cap doesn't accord with the regulation of standards, it will seriously affect the bridge safety and stability. This paper mainly elaborates pier cap construction technology including preconstruction preparation, detailed constructing technology and quality controlling methods. The prac- tice proves that after using the above methods, all of the indexes of pier cap intensity are in accordance with the regulation requirements. Therefore, the above methods can be used in pier cap construction to control the construction quality.
