领导干部要不断提高创新能力

On Improving Innovation Ability of Leaders

创新是领导工作的灵魂和生命,是中国特色社会主义建设时期领导干部必须具备的能力和素质。面对新形势、新任务,一些领导干部创新能力不强,如存在思想不够解放、创新意识不强、工作不够大胆、创新魄力欠缺、知识不够全面、创新方法不多等问题。为此,领导干部一要坚持解放思想,创造性地贯彻党的路线、方针和政策;二要不断加强理论学习,培养科学的思维方法;三要强化创新意识和多维的创新思维,以期在实践中对提升其创新能力、推动各项工作不断开创新局面有所借鉴和帮助。

Innovation is the soul and life of leading work, and it is also the necessary ability and quality of leaders in the period of construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. While, some leaders still don＇t have powerful innovation ability, for instance, their thought cannot be emancipated, their innovation consciousness is weak, and they cannot work boldly, lack innovation courage, as well as their knowledge is incomplete and innovation method is insufficient. Therefore, firstly, leaders must insist to emancipate their mind, and carry out the path, policy and principle of CPC; secondly, leaders should enhance their study and develop methods of scientific thought; thirdly, leaders should strengthen their innovation consciousness and innovation thinking, all of which can improve their innovation ability and help them promote new prospects of every job.
