大力加强乡风文明建设

Enhancing the Construction of Rural Civilization

乡风文明作为社会主义新农村建设的重要内容和有机组成部分,既是新农村建设的思想基础和灵魂,也是新农村建设的内在动力与保障。当前我国新农村乡风文明建设中存在封建迷信抬头、陈规陋习盛行、人情消费泛滥等问题。为此,要大力加强乡风文明建设:发展生产、改善农村条件是基础;加强教育、培育新型农民是根本;强化管理、制定村规民约是条件;选好干部、建好领导班子是关键。

Rural Civilization is an important part of new rural construction of socialism, and it is also the foundation and soul of it, as well as the power and assurance of it. At present, there are some problems in construction of rural civilization, such as feudalistic superstition, outmoded conventions and customs, consumption of human relationship etc. Therefore, to enhance the construction of rural civilization, developing production and improving the rural condition are basis, strengthening education and cultivating new-type peasants are root, reinforcing management and setting rules are requirement, and electinu excellent leaders and establishing good leading group are key.
