摘要 目的比较不同提取方法对川乌炮制前后所获挥发性成分的影响。方法采用索氏提取法、挥发油提取器法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取生川乌和制川乌挥发性成分,利用GC-MS联用技术鉴别成分,使用峰面积归一化法测定各成分相对含量。结果从索氏提取器法生川乌提取物中鉴别了3种化合物,制川乌提取物中鉴别了4种化合物;从挥发油提取器法生川乌提取物中鉴别了14种化合物,制川乌提取物中鉴别了15种化合物;从水蒸气蒸馏法生川乌提取物中鉴别了47种化合物,制川乌提取物中鉴别了44种化合物。结论川乌炮制前后挥发性成分有所变化,且不同提取方法得出的挥发性主成分也有所不同,此结果为川乌的进一步研究提供科学依据。 Objective To analyze and compare the difference of the volatile chemical constituents of Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Radix Cocta. Methods The volatile chemical constituents were obtained by Soxhlet ex- traction device, Naphtha extraction device and steam distillation technology respectively, which were subjec- ted to GC-MS analysis. Area normalization method was used to determine the relative content of each con- stituent. Results 3 components of Aconiti Radix were identified in Soxhlet extraction device,4 components of Aconiti Radix Cocta were identified in Soxhlet extraction device. 14 components of Aconiti Radix were i- dentified in naphtha extraction device respectively, 15 components of Aconiti Radix Cocta were identified in naphtha extraction device. 47 components of Aconiti Radix were identified in steam distillation technology, 44 components of Aconiti Radix Cocta were identified in steam distillation technology. Conclusions The components of three extractions are different and volatile chemical constituents of Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Radix Cocta are different. It is heloful to orovide reference data for Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Radix Cocta.
