摘要
澳大利亚Watershed白钨重选尾矿含WO30.45%,其中-25μm的微细粒级金属分布率高达83.59%,且含有碳质、云母等易浮脉石,回收较为困难。针对此难选矿样进行了白钨浮选回收试验研究,最终以BK416为捕收剂,采用"预先浮选—常温浮选—加温精选"工艺,获得了WO3品位59.13%的钨精矿,选矿回收率65.72%。
Gravity concentration tailings of the Watershed scheelite ore from Australia contain 0. 45% WO3 , in which as high as 83.59% of the metal are in the size fraction - 25 μm. and there exist easy-floating gangues such as carbonaceous minerals and mica, so it is very difficult to recover the remaining scheelite from the tailings. A test study on recovering scheelite by flotation has been done for the tailings sample, obtaining a scheelite concentrate grading 59. 13% WO3 with a recovery of 65.72% by using the collector BK416 and a process of "pre-flotation-- flotation at ambient temperature--cleaning at elevated temperature".
