复杂难处理多金属硫化矿选矿技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 某地多金属硫化矿中主要的金属矿物有方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铜矿和黄铁矿,脉石矿物主要有石英、绿泥石和云母等。入选原矿含铅4.64%、锌12.23%、铜0.68%、银64.9 g/t。在较佳的分选技术条件下,经采用"铅锌优选浮选"闭路流程选别后,可获得铅精矿产率5.81%、品位61.85%、回收率81.64%,锌精矿产率22.48%、品位50.29%、回收率93.78%的技术指标。铅精矿中的银品位567.0 g/t、回收率50.76%,伴生有益元素银也得到了综合回收利用。 In a polymetaUic sulfide ore, the main metallic minerals are galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and pyrite, and the gangue minerals are mainly quartz, chlorite and mica. The ore contains 4.64% Pb , 12.23% Zn, 0.68% Cu, and 64.9 g/t Ag. Under proper technical conditions, a process of selective flotation for lead and zinc is adopted, obtaining a lead concentrate assaying 61.85% Pb with a mass pull of 5.81% and a Pb-recovery of 81.64% , and a zinc concentrate assaying 50.29% Zn with a mass pull of 22.48% and a Zn -recovery of 93.78%. The lead concentrate assays 567.0 g/t Ag with a Ag-recovery of 50.76%. The enrichment of the accom- panying silver in the lead concentrate is beneficial for the comprehensive recovery.
