摘要
对微波烧结铬铁粉矿的工艺进行探索,选取烧结温度、烧结时间、黏结剂添加量为变量,采用单因素试验,确定微波加热烧结铬铁粉矿的最佳工艺参数为烧结温度1100℃,黏结剂加入量2%,保温时间0 min,在此条件下可得到抗压强度11 kN,落下强度93.91%的烧结产品。试验结果表明,该工艺稳定可行,为铬铁粉矿的烧结提供了一条新途径。
To optimize the process of microwave sintering of chromite powder, this paper chooses sintering tem- perature, sintering time and dosage of adhesive as variable. Using the method of single factor experiment, it is de- termined that the optimum technological conditions for microwave sintering chromite fines is sintering temperature 1100 ℃ , holding time 0 min, doage of adhesive 2%. Under this condition, the compressive strength of the sinter product can reach 11 kN, and the drop strength number 93.91%. The experimental results show that this process technology is stable and feasible, and can provide a new way for sintering of chromite powder.
