摘要
电热连续结晶机是一个重要发明,已成为锡精炼的关键设备。该设备处理工艺先进,但至今仍处于半机械化作业状态。为了研究该设备的控制问题,需建立其动态数学模型。由于影响因素多、耦合性强,它是一个多输入多输出的复杂系统,而且许多参数目前仍无在线检测手段,无法采用辨识建模方法来获取动态数学模型。为此,本论文在深入了解其工艺的基础上,应用锡冶金原理及热力学、动力学原理,进行了其动态机理建模研究并验证了模型的可行性和准确性,达到了令人满意效果。
The electro-refining successive crystallization machine has become a kind of key equipment in tin re- fining process. It has an advanced processing technology, but its operation has been in a semi-mechanization status up to now. It is necessary to build a dynamic model for the equipment, in order to develop its control strategy. Be- cause of many influence factors and their strong coupling, the equipment is a multi-inputs and multi-outputs compli- cated system, and as its many parameters cannot be measured on-line so far, it is difficult to obtain its identification model. Therefore this paper takes the approach of dynamic mechanical modeling for the equipment using tin metal- lurgical principle, thermodynamics and dynamics, based on understanding of the technological process. The feasi- bility and the accuracy of the model are verified. The results are very satisfying.
