摘要
实验技术队伍建设是高等学校人才队伍建设的重要任务之一。通过对国内数十所高校的调研,了解了目前实验技术队伍建设存在的主要问题,并归纳总结了部分高校在这方面采取的有效措施和先进经验,为提升我国高校实验技术队伍的建设水平提供参考。
The construction of experimental technical team is one of important tasks of the team construction in colleges and universities . This paper introduces the main problems of the experimental technical team construction ,also summarizes the effective measures and good experience for us to learn as references .
