GUD300矿用顶板位移传感器的低功耗设计

摘要 在满足矿用顶板位移传感器工作需求的前提下,模块化设计传感器的硬件,使得传感器各模块能够分时供电,以减小能量消耗。在Zigbee协议点对点通信的基础上,着重设计了传感器间的时间同步机制,使得传感器在工作、休眠两状态交替时能够以最小的时间完成通信,减少了等待接收时间。实验与计算表明,传感器平均每日功耗仅为3.18mAh。 Under the premise of meeting the requirement of working conditions , this paper designs the hardware of the sensor ,so that the sensor can realize the power sharing after each module in order to reduce the energy consumption .On the basis of Zigbee protocol on point to point communication ,the design of the time synchronization mechanism between the sensors is focused on ,so that the sensor is inactive in the two states alternately and the work can be completed with minimal time communications ,reducing the waiting time .Experiments and calculations show that the average daily power consumption is only 3 .18 mAh .
