高等职业学校主要任务是为社会培养技能型应用人才,而科学规划、投资建设与管理使用好实训中心,则为高职院校履行办学方针、承担办学责任、实现办学目标起着重要的作用。认真研究、积极探索建设具有鲜明特色的实训中心一直是高职院校管理者、研究者和实践者所肩负的重任。经过长期努力和创新实践,许多高职院校在实训中心的架构模式、管理体制、运行机制等方面进行有意义探索,积累了宝贵的经验,为技能型人才培养发挥了积极地推动作用。

The main tasks of advanced vocational colleges are to train skill-based talents for society .Scientific planning ,construcing investment ,management and operation of the centers play impotant roles in fulfilling the educatianal policy to undertake school responsibility and achieve the educational goals . The managers , reserchers and practitioners of advanced vocational colleges have the responsibilities of exploring the distinctive features of training centers . After long-term efforts and innovation practice lots of architecture pattemsin advanced vocational colleges ,management system and operational mechanism for constructing training centers , are explorated ,the valuable experience is accumulated ,and a big promotion in training and developing skill based talents is fulfilled .
