摘要
大学生科技创新活动既是高校人才培养的一项重要内容,也是培养创新型人才的有效途径。大学生科技创新教育为我国建设创新型国家发展战略提供了强大的人才支持和智力保障。从大学生科技创新教育现状入手,并对其实施要素进行了分析,创造性地提出了"四元"定位法,分别从意识培育、思维激发、能力提升、成果转化等4个方面提出了大学生科技创新教育实施策略,并对"四元"定位法在大学生科技创新教育体系的现实意义进行了阐释。
The students’ scientific and technological activity is not only an important content of cultivating scientific and technological innovative talents also but , an effective way to cultivate innovative talents in colleges and universities as well .This article provides a strong talent and intelligence support to students’ scientific and technological innovative education for the construction of innovative development strategy of our country .Taking the current situation of scientific and technological innovative education of college students as the starting point , this article analyzes the factors , and creatively puts forward the “Four Elements”positioning method ,i .e .,the students’ scientific and technological innovative education from four aspects which are the real Shi Celve consciousness cultivation ,excitation of thinking ,ability ,transformation ,and the practical significance in the innovation of education system of science and technology of “Four Elements”positioning method is explained .
