上海交通大学提升本科毕业设计(论文) 质量的改革与实践

Reform and practice on improving quality of undergraduate students' graduation project(thesis) of Shanghai Jiaotong University

简要分析了毕业设计(论文)质量滑坡的原因,包括学生方面、指导教师方面以及管理方面的原因。结合上海交通大学改革实践,提出分类指导、衔接各实践教学环节、改革课程教学方式、加强指导教师队伍建设、发挥优秀学生的示范作用、加强过程控制和监督、推进信息化平台建设等改革措施,提高师生的积极性,规范毕业设计(论文)管理,从而保证毕业设计(论文)质量。

The paper summarizes the main factors causing lowness quality of undergraduate students ’ graduation project （thesis） ,including factors related to students ,teachers and management of the University . Based on the reform practice of Shanghai Jiaotong University ,a series of reform measures are provided to improve the enthusiasm of teachers and students and regulate the management of graduation project （thesis） so that the quality of graduation project （thesis） could be guaranteed . The measures include implementing classified guidance ,connecting practice teaching links ,reforming course teaching methods ,training teachers , stressing positive and exemplary roles of excellent students ,strengthening process control and monitoring and constructing information platform .
