高校仪器设备合同质保期提醒系统的应用与思考

为强化我国高校仪器设备合同管理,对其实行质保期到期提醒、预报服务的信息化工作尤为重要。该文基于国内高校仪器设备合同管理的现状,重点介绍了南京林业大学的仪器设备合同管理信息系统,并简述其各模块的主要功能,以及各种操作的实现。该系统对发挥高校仪器设备合同质保期到期的预报作用、对进一步做好设备管理部门的网络信息化管理工作具有较好的现实意义。

To strengthen the instruments and equipment contract management in domestic colleges and universities , the implementation for the reminding service of contract warranty period is particularly important .Based on the present situation of the instruments and equipment contract management in our country ,this paper mainly introduces the informative equipment contract management system of our school , and briefly describes the main function of each module and the realization of the various operations .The system which has good practical significance in playing a forecast role of reminding equipment contract warranty period ,further to do a good job for informative management of equipment management department .
