摘要
在需求层次理论的参考下,可以构建一个由"诱导"、"保障"、"评估—反馈"三维构成的塔式大学创业教育机制理论模型。从该模型的构建以及服务于创新人才培养的实际出发,提出提高大学创业教育机制运行效率的路径:立足区域产业转型发展需求、引入外部资源进入创业教育机制、拓展创业教育机制边界。
Referring to the demand theory ,it is possible to construct a theory model of pyramid like enterprise education mechanism ,which is composed of three parts incentive ,safeguard and assessment .It is also likely to prove the model being true during the practical exercises in the sample university . From the point of construction of this model and the reality of enterprise education ,this article proposes the approach to improve the running efficiency of enterprise education mechanism , to introduce the third party to the enterprise education mechanism and to widen the horizon of enterprise education mechanism on the ground of local industrial transformation demand .
