摘要
公安管理专业人才培养目标是培养造就一批能够胜任公安管理岗位工作要求的应用型专门人才,需要构建以职业能力为导向的公安管理专业实践教学体系。基于公安管理职业能力的内涵分析,研究了实践教学内容体系所包括的各个模块及实践教学保障体系各要素,并从教学体制、运行机制、考评机制3方面阐述实践教学体系运行体制、机制的内容。
The training target of public security management is to cultivate professionals who can be competent in the job of public security management .So to construct the professional oriented practical teaching system for public security management is needed .Based on the connotation of public security professional vocation , each module in the practice teaching content system and the elements of security system are studied .Then ,the contents of the teaching system ,the operational structure and the evaluation mechanism are elaborated on .
