摘要
选取陕西农村不同级别的10所幼儿园、107位幼儿教师、36位幼儿园园长作为主要调查对象,通过问卷、访谈等形式对教师结构构成的基本现状和教师专业素质结构的动态变化情况进行了调查和研究。主要发现:尽管农村幼儿园教师的专业素质在逐步发生可喜的变化,但教师的年龄、性别、教龄、学历、专业、职称、教师身份和数量结构等不够合理,造成此现状的主要原因有:收费低、地域偏远;政府政策执行倾斜和管理者的理念与经营模式陈旧等。
The object of this survey is made up of 10 kindergartens, 107 teachers and 36 Principals in kindergarten. By questionnaire and interview, the survey is to grasp the present situation of teacher's structure in age, gender, teaching experience, educational background, specialized subject, professional title , the number as well as whether the teacher is in the list of payrolls. Furthermore, it tries to know the change of teacherg development in professional qualities. According to the results, teacher's professional qualities are improving gradually while teacher's structure is still far from the reasonable. Asking less fee from students' parents, being in remote mountain area, not properly and fully carrying out the government's policy, the concept and management of Principals are the leading four reasons of this situation.
