The ＂Ethnic Theories and Policies＂ teaching team of Guangxi University for Nationalities inaugu- rates a road to success as a result of innovation. They introduce ＂Facilitation Idea＂ into their teaching, create the Self-steering Learning Mode, and surmount some mutual problems in the teaching of ideological and po- litical courses in colleges and universities, which leads to improving the teaching quality and teaching effect evidently.
