木薯渣的饲用价值及其在反刍动物生产上的应用

木薯渣是木薯加工淀粉、酒精等产品后的下脚料,其营养成分丰富。木薯渣的饲料化不仅可以节省饲料资源,降低养殖成本,还能减少环境污染。文章从木薯的营养成分、抗营养特性、木薯渣的饲用价值以及木薯资源在反刍动物生产上的应用等方面的内容进行综述,为木薯资源在畜牧生产上的应用提供理论参考。

Cassava residue is by-product in the processing of cassava starch, alcohol and other prod-ucts in which nutrients are abundant. As one of unconversional roughage feed resource, cassava residues can not only save conversional feed resources, reduce farming costs, but also reduce a risk of environmental pollution as a waste. This review is mainly to cover the nutrients content in cassava residues, the feeding value of cassava residue and its application in ruminant production etc., and to provide theoretical references for cassava residue uses in livestock production.
