摘要
试验通过在蓝狐干粉饲料中添加不同浓度梯度的饲料甜味剂,观察蓝狐采食行为、测定采食量、统计采食速度,考察甜味剂对蓝狐采食量的影响,筛选出适宜的甜味剂添加梯度。选择准备配种期健康,体重相近的蓝狐12只,随机分成3组,每组4只,公母各半,单笼饲养,试验期6 d,采用自由选择法试验,试验蓝狐自由采食对照组及试验组饲粮,试验组饲粮甜味剂添加梯度为80、100 g/t和120 g/t。每只蓝狐提供2个料盆,同时饲喂对照组和试验组饲粮,笼箱顶端安装摄像头监控蓝狐采食行为,观察记录蓝狐采食速度和采食量。结果表明,蓝狐对不同梯度甜味剂饲粮表现出不同的采食行为,蓝狐对浓度为100 g/t的添加组饲粮的采食速度明显高于对照组和其他试验组饲粮,采食速度达100.20 g/min,并且每次采食量是最高的。浓度为100 g/t的添加量对提高蓝狐采食量有显著作用,诱食效果最佳。本试验初步筛选了适合蓝狐甜味剂添加量,为配制添加甜味剂并能提高适口性,增加饲料转化率,提高生产性能的配合饲料提供理论数据支持。浓度为100 g/t的添加量对提高蓝狐采食量有显著作用,该甜味剂浓度梯度的诱食效果最好。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect on blue fox feed intake and the appropriate adding amount of sweetener, by adding different concentrations of sweeteners in powder feedto observe blue fox foraging behavior and measure feed intake and feed rate. Twelve healthy blue foxeswith similar body weight of prepare breeding period were randomly divided into three groups, four ineach group, half male and half female with single cages, 6 days trial period, and the fox ingested thecontrol group and the experimental group ad libitum. 80, 100 g/t and 120 g/t sweeteners were added inthe experimental groups. Each fox was offered two bowls, while the control and the experimentalgroups were fed at the same time. Installed surveillance cameras to monitor the feeding behavior andrecord feed intake and feed rate. The results showed that blue foxes exhibited different feeding behaviors with different sweeteners gradient, and the feed rate was significantly higher in the experimentalgroup adding 100 g/t sweeteners than in the other groups, the feed rate was 100.20 g/min, andthe feed intake was the highest. Adding 100 g/tsweetener had a significant effect in improvingthe feed intake of blue foxes has a distinct role,and attractant best results. This experiment preliminary screened the adaptive amount of sweetener of blue fox, which provided data for compounding the feed to support the theory that adding sweetener could improve feed palatability, increase feed conversion rate and improve productionperformance. Adding 100 g/t sweetener had a significant effect on feed intake, the concentration gradient of attractant sweetener was the best.
