摘要
针对薄煤层特别是"三下一上"煤炭资源的开采问题,以某矿5#煤层为应用背景,研究了一种四步膏体充填开采工艺,并设计了适用于该工艺的三柱式膏体充填液压支架,提高了膏体式充填开采的效率,降低了设备的综合成本,实现了薄煤层开采的充填与支护的统一。
Aiming at the thin coal seam mining,especially the "three underground and one above" coal mining, from the applying background of No. 5 coal seam in a coal mine,a four-step paste filling mining process has been studied,and the three pillar paste filling hydraulic support was also designed to coordinate with the above process. The application of these methods has improved the efficiency of paste type filling mining ,reduced the comprehensive cost of the equipment, and has realized the unity of backfill and support in mining thin coal seam.
