摘要 在总结一般条件下综采工作面设备配套选型理论和经验的基础上,详细探讨了三软和大倾角等复杂地质条件下综采工作面设备选型的特殊要求。对于三软煤层工作面关键是要合理增大液压支架的支撑高度,及时支护顶板局部冒落所增加的空间;而对于大倾角工作面关键是要做好防止综采设备的下滑倾倒问题,只有针对其特殊性来进行生产设备的选型,才能保证煤层开采的顺利进行。 Based on the theory and experience of equipment compatibility and selection for general fully-mechanized working face, spe- cial requirements for equipment selection of fully-mechanized working face under complex conditions, " three soft" , large angle, and so on. were studied detailedly On working face in " three soft" coal seam, the key is increasing the height of hydraulic support reasonably, and supporting the space induced by local roof fall in time. For working face with steep seam, the key is preventing fully-mechanized mining equipments falling and dumping. Only the production equipment are chosen according to the special requirement an it ensure the mining is smooth and safe in these special conditions.
