摘要
针对梅花井煤矿二分区开采的高温热害问题,分析了矿井热源的构成并对降温所需的冷负荷进行了计算,提出了井下集中制冰、地面集中制冷水、地面集中制冰、井下局部移动式制冷机组4种机械制冷降温方案,并设计出每种降温方案的系统流程。通过对4种降温方案进行技术经济对比,并结合国家相关政策,选出了较为合理的降温方案——地面集中制冷水。
For the high temperature heat-hazard problems in the 2nd partition of Meihuajing Coal Mine,the composition of he.it source in mine was analysed, and the required cooling load of mine's cooling was calculated in this paper. Four cooling schemes of mechanical refrigeration were put forward, including underground centralized ice-making, ground centralized cooling water-making, ground centralized ice-making, underground partial refrigerating unit, each system flow of different cooling scheme was designed, too. Based on contrasts of technology and economy of four cooling schemes, combined with the relevant national policies, a reasonable cooling scheme was chosen, that was ground centralized cooling water-making.
