摘要
赵庄矿测试下邻近8号煤层瓦斯压力时,需要穿越2个含水层,钻孔涌水难以封堵且垂直深度较大、难以定向施工,影响煤层瓦斯压力测试。为此,试验应用了两级套管高压注浆堵水的技术方法。通过研究下向钻孔深孔定位打钻、深孔套管安装施工和两级套管高压注浆固结堵水及合理技术参数等,突破了含水围岩条件下的下向深钻孔封孔测压问题。经现场试验,成功测得了煤层原始瓦斯压力。研究结果表明,穿越围岩含水层的下向深孔测试瓦斯压力时,两级套管高压注浆堵水测压是一种有效的技术途径。
Testing of No. 8 coal seam gas pressure for Zhaozhuang Coal Mine needs to pass through two aquifer,it is very bard to plug drilling water and vertical depth is large,and it is difficult to directional construction. For the technical problem of the influence of coal seam gas pressure measurement ,double-pipe pressure grouting for water plugging was applied in the experiment. By studying the deep drilling location and drilling of the downward drilling, deep hole installation and double-pipe high pressure grouting plugging and reason- able technical parameters, the problem of gas pressure measurement with downward hole sealing was solved. By the field test, the original coal seam gas pressure was measured successfully. Results of research show that,double-pipe pressure grouting water plugging is an effective technical approach when passing through the surrounding rock aquifer downward hole to test gas pressure.
