摘要
为提高乳化液泵的设计质量和性能,降低设计生产成本和开发周期,运用现代CAD和虚拟产品开发技术研发的乳化液泵性能分析系统对乳化液泵产品的工作性能进行分析,使产品的设计得到优化,解决了传统设计简化严重、计算周期长、计算不精确、结果不直观、无法精确预测应力部位及应力大小等问题。乳化液泵性能分析系统的运用,缩短了产品设计时间,成本降低10%,产品质量稳定,提高了产品市场竞争能力。
For the purpose of improving the designing quality and performance of emulsion pump and to reduce production costs and de- veloping period,the pump performance analysis system developed through modern CAD technology and virtual product devel)ping tech- nology was applied to analyze the performance of emulsion pump product. Product design is improved ,problems such as excessive sim- plification,long term calculation,imprecise calculation, indirect vision result, inaccurate prediction on the position and strength of the stress were solved. The usage of pump performance analysis system largely shortens the designing time of the product. The costs reduce by 10 percent. The quality is stable. The market competitiveness of the product is improved.
