空压机冷却器清洗工艺的研究与应用

摘要 受矿井水质影响,空压机冷却器长时间高温运行易使水中的钙、镁等重碳酸盐类物质在管壁上结垢,冷却效果下降,结垢严重时出现排气温度过高而报警停运,给检修带来不便。为保障空压机连续安全稳定运行,研究出一种高效清洗冷却器的工艺,该清洗工艺效率高、成本低、操作简便。 Affected by the quality of mine water,the bicarbonate such as calcium and magnesium are easy to precipitate or the inside wall of the air compressor cooling device after long-time and high-temperature running,and the cooling effect is reduced,the device alarms and outage when exhaust temperature is too high which caused by seriously incrusted,this brought inconvenient to overhaul. To protect the security and stability of continuous compressor operation, an high-efficient cleaning cooler technology was developed. The cleaning technics has high efficiency, low cost, and is easy to operate.
