摘要
采用盆栽试验,研究外源添加两种不同磷肥(过磷酸钙SSP、磷酸二铵DAP)对镉胁迫下水稻细胞各组分中镉分布及含量的影响,结果表明:施加两种磷肥的水稻体内的镉大多分布在细胞壁中,并随镉浓度的增加细胞壁对镉的固定能力增强;施用磷肥可有效抑制水稻对重金属镉的吸收,且DAP的效果好于SSP。
Pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of two types of phosphorus sources (SSP and DAP) on the distribution of Cd on Cd stres of rice biomass. The experiments show that the most Cd in rice by two phosphorus sources were bound to cell walls. More-over, cell walls binding Cd fraction increased with the increasing of Cd concentrations in the nutrient solution and have effectively inhib-ited to absorb the heavy metal cadmium of rice, especially DAP. And with the increasing of phosphorus sources, adding DAP can effec-tively reduce the content of plumbum in the grain of rice.
