摘要
在蒸馏水生产过程中 ,电导率与温度存在着严重的耦合现象 ,传统的解耦控制方案无法满足控制要求。根据热交换过程的工艺特点和要求 ,该文提出不需要建立对象的精确数学模型的基于神经网络的多变量解耦方法 ,组成具有解耦能力的智能控制器。仿真研究表明 ,该控制器能满足工艺要求 。
There is a serious coupling phenomenon in both conductivity and temperature in a distilled water process.A traditional decoupling method can not meet the control requirements.According to the technogical features of a heat exchanging process,an intelligent controller provided with decoupling capability is presented by a multi variable decoupling method without any accurate object model.The results of simulation show that the controller can meet the technological requirement and has good robustness.
