幼儿园中班教师批评行为对幼儿反馈的影响

摘要 通过对某幼儿园中班教师的批评行为进行三个星期的观察,在师幼互动的范畴下考察中班教师批评行为引发的幼儿反馈的变化。观察结果显示,不同的批评方式、批评类型以及教师批评时所伴随的情绪特征都会导致幼儿不同的反应情绪和行为。教师在实施批评行为时应多使用温和的言语如询问或建议,避免使用针对幼儿本身人格的个人取向型批评,同时应提高自身情绪控制能力,不要带着负面的情绪批评幼儿。
