摘要
目的探讨骨密度的影响因素。方法收集2010年8月-2011年4月期间在龙华医院骨密度室检查者,筛选符合条件的检查者,采用美国HOLOGIC公司生产的双能射线骨密度仪测量其骨密度,并填写骨密度记录表,收集的资料应用EpiData3.02软件录入电脑,数据采用SPSS15.0进行统计分析。结果 T值与成人年龄相关系数为-0.37,P<0.01;各年龄组段的T值经方差分析,F=10.01,P<0.01;T值与身高的相关系数为0.20,P<0.01;T值与体重的相关系数为0.23,P<0.01;T值与BMI的相关系数为0.12,P<0.05;T值与VAS疼痛评分相关系数为-0.62,P<0.01;不同的骨量情况分组中,骨量正常者VAS疼痛评分为0.63±1.28,骨量减少者VAS疼痛评分为1.79±1.55,骨质疏松者VAS疼痛评分为3.76±1.81,经方差分析,F=110.61,P<0.01。结论骨密度T值与年龄、VAS疼痛评分呈负相关,在40岁之后,骨密度T值随年龄的增大而减小;VAS疼痛评分随着骨密度T值的减小而增大;骨密度T值与身高、体重、BMI呈正相关,相关程度BMI<身高<体重,中老年人中身高较矮、体重较轻、BMI较小的瘦小人群,是骨质疏松症的高发人群。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the bone mineral density (BMD). Methods The subjects who came to Longhua Hospital from August 2010 to April 2011 for BMD detection were selected and screened. BMD of the selected subjects was detected using dual-energy X-ray absorbtiometry (Hologic Co. , USA). All the data were recorded using a EpiData 3.02 software. The analysis was performed using a SPSS 15.0 software. Results The correlation between T score and adult age was -0.37, P 〈0.01. The variance analysis of the T scores in each age group showed F = 10. 01, P 〈0.01. The correlation between T score and height was 0. 20, P 〈0. 01. The correlation between T score and weight was 0.23, P 〈0.01. The correlation between T score and BMI was 0. 12, P 〈 0.05. The correlation between T score and VAS score was - 0.62, P 〈 0.01. The VAS score in normal bone mass group, bone mass loss group, and osteoporosis group was 0. 63 ± 1.28, 1.79 ± 1.55, and 3.76± 1.81, respectively. The variance analysis showed that F = 110. 61, P 〈 0.01. Conclusion The T score of BMD is negatively correlated with age and VAS score. After 40 years old, the T score of BMD decreases along with the increase of age. Along with the decrease of T score, VAS score increases. The T score of BMD is positively correlated with height, weight, and BMI, and the degree of correlation is BMI 〈 height 〈 weight. The people with lower height, lower weight, and lower BMI in the middle aged population are easily to have osteoporosis.
