伴肥大细胞增生的皮肤浆细胞增多症一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女,41岁,以躯干部紫红色皮疹9年余为主诉入院.9年前患者无明显诱因于腰腹部出现紫红色皮疹,微痒,于当地医院诊断为色素性荨麻疹,给予抗组胺类药物治疗,皮疹未见消退,逐渐增多至背部.患者自患病以来一般状况可,体重无明显变化.既往患慢性非萎缩性胃炎3年余,表现为偶尔返酸、暖气,无其他胃肠道症状.无其他疾病史及家族史.
