局部球筋膜结膜切除术在眼球美容中的应用效果

Application effect of local conjunctival tenon resection in beautifying eyeball

目的:探讨应用局部球筋膜结膜切除术治疗睑裂部结膜病变后的眼球美容效果。方法:应用局部球筋膜结膜切除术治疗结膜病变32例,52眼共85处。结果:本组所有患者结膜病变切除处创面均于4周内愈合,充血消退,原有病变消除,睑裂区眼球洁白。经3～24个月随访,无复发病例。结论:局部球筋膜结膜切除术具有良好的眼球美容效果。

Objective To investigate the beautifying eyeball effect of treating the palpebral conjunctiva lesions by local conjunctival tenon resection. Methods From March 2009 to December 2013,We treated 32 cases （52 eyes,85 parts） with conjunctival lesions by local conjunctival tenon resection. Results All patients＇ conjunctival excision wounds were healed in 4 weeks,hyperemia subsided,the original disease elimination, and palpebral fissure zone eyeball were whiteness.After 3-24 months followed-up,no recurrence. Conclusion Local conjunctival tenon resection has good eye cosmetic effect.
