“7.5”事件中颌面外伤伤员救治与思考

Emergency treatment of maxillofacial traumatic patients in "The Xinjiang July 5th event"

目的:探讨新疆"7.5"事件颌面外伤患者的临床特点及急救体会。方法:详细回顾分析我科"7.5"事件收治颌面外伤67名伤员,应用RISS的方法,评价颌面部多发损伤严重度进行了临床分析。结果:我科收住67名颌面外科伤员,伤因为物理伤(撞击伤、枪弹伤),伤型主要为开放伤(刺伤、切割伤、撕裂伤、撕脱伤、火器伤)和闭合伤(擦伤、挫伤)。结论:"7.5"事件中,我院伤员中96%有颌面部损伤,由此可推断暴徒是以击打受害者头、颌面部为主要目标。短时间送我院大量伤员,伤员几乎都有颌面部外伤,伤情判断和处理应按顺序进行,要注意局部与全身的关系。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and the emergency treatment experience of maxillofacial traumatic patients in＂Xinjiang July 5th event＂. Methods 67maxillofacial traumatic patients who were admitted in our department during ＂July 5th event＂ were retrospectively analyzed, the RISS method were used to evaluate the severity of the multiple maxillofacial traumatic patients and the clinical data were reviewed and analyzed in detail. Results The main cause of the injuries for these patients was physical injury （like blunt injury and gunshot wound）.The types of the injuries include open wound （such as stab, concis, laceration and firearm wound.） and closed injuries （such as bruise and contusion）. Conclusion 96% hospitalized patients admitted in ＂July 5th event＂ had maxillofacial trauma, it is inferred that the main target of mob was to hit the victims＂ head and maxillofacial region. Lots of patients were received in our hospital soon after the attacked, almost all the wounded we received during the event had maxillofacial trauma, so the diagnosis and treatment must be carried out in sequence. It is also important to pay attention to the relationship between the local and the systemic condition.
