自制中药联合阿奇霉素和皮损清理治疗中重度痤疮的疗效观察

Clinical observation of homemade herbs lotion combined with azithromycin and lesions clean in the treatment of moderate and severe acne

目的:观察自制中药外敷联合阿奇霉素口服和皮损清理治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:回顾性收集本院诊治的中重度痤疮患者100例,按治疗方案不同分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组接受自制中药外敷联合阿奇霉素口服和皮损清理综合治疗,对照组接受阿奇霉素口服和皮损清理综合治疗。结果:治疗组第4、6周的疗效均优于对照组,治疗组副作用发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:自制中药外敷联合阿奇霉素口服和皮损清理综合治疗中重度痤疮起效快且疗效显著,该中药溶液制备简便,无明显副作用,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of homemade herbs lotion combined with azithromycin and lesions clean in the treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods 100 patients were retrospectively divided into treatment group and control group with the same number.The treatment group took homemade herbs lotion combined with azithromycin and lesions clean, while the control group took azithromycin and lesions clean. Results The rate of efficacy of 4,6-week treatment group was statistically significantly higher than that of the control group. The incidence of side effects of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Homemade herbs lotion combined with azithromycin and lesions clean worked rapidly and effectively.It was simple for preparing the herbs lotion and with little side effect, which was worth to applying.
