摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(Matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)是一族锌依赖性内肽酶,以酶原或前基质金属蛋白酶(Pro-Matrix metalloproteinase,ProMMP)的形式存在于细胞中,可被多种蛋白酶水解或改变其构象后激活,可降解细胞外基质中的各种蛋白成分^[1].基质金属蛋白酶-2(Matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)是其家族中的重要成员之一,它可参与调节生理和病理状态下细胞外基质(extra celluar matrix,ECM)的合成和代谢,亦可发挥其类细胞生长因子样作用,调节系膜细胞的增殖与分化.本文就MMP-2的来源、结构、功能及其在皮肤病中的作用综述如下.
