A型肉毒毒素注射治疗腓肠肌肥大的临床应用探讨

Reshape the little leg by little dosage BOTOX-A

目的：探讨小剂量A型肉毒毒素小腿塑形的效果.方法：选取80例156侧小腿,双侧注射A型肉毒毒素200U,观察治疗前后不同时期就医者小腿周径变化及不良反应情况.结果：治疗不同时期小腿周径均较治疗前减小（P＜0.01）,药物注射后4-12周小腿周径减小最明显,平均缩小（1.8±0.7）cm,随访24 - 36个月,总体满意率96％.结论：小剂量A型肉毒毒素注射小腿塑形,安全、有效.

Objective To explore the efficiency of little dosage BOTOX-A on making the little leg thin.Methods Injected 100u BOTOX-A into the calf each of 156 little legs for all 80 cases.Observed the circumference change and complication.Results The circumferences of calves decreased （1.8± 0.7）cm averagely.96％ of all cases were satisfied with the results.Conclusion To make the little leg thin by little dosage BOTOX-A is safe and effective.
