平阳霉素与聚桂醇治疗静脉畸形疗效对比观察

Comparative study on the effect of pingyangmycin and lauromacrogol on curing venous malformation

目的:观察平阳霉素与聚桂醇治疗静脉畸形的疗效并进行比较。方法:选择60例静脉畸形患者,随机分为平阳霉素组(30例)与聚桂醇组(30例),单用平阳霉素或聚桂醇注射治疗,2周注射1次,4次为1个疗程,每次注射前观察瘤体的大小、颜色及硬度的改变,同时行高频超声检查,以厚度变化为观察指标,计算两组在治疗2、4、6、8周的平均厚度及其平均厚度减少的均值。同时随访患者治疗后副作用。两组均治疗1个疗程后观察3个月,同时对两组的疗效进行评定。结果:两组总有效率比较,无明显差异。1个疗程结束后,瘤体平均厚度无显著差异,但在治疗第1次后,聚桂醇组瘤体平均厚度与治疗前比较有显著性差异。且聚桂醇组瘤体平均厚度减少的均值与平阳霉素组比较也有显著差异,两组不良反应有明显差异。结论:平阳霉素与聚桂醇治疗静脉畸形有效率比较无显著性差异,聚桂醇在静脉畸形治疗上起效快于平阳霉素,在控制药物副反应上优于平阳霉素注射治疗。

Objective Evaluate the effect of Pingyangmycin and Lauromacrogol on curing venous malformation.Methods Divide 60 patients of venous malformation into 2 groups.One group is injected with Pingyangmycin while the other is injected with Lauromacrogol.The injection is taken biweekly.1 course of treatment comprise 4 injections.Observe the size,colour,and hardness change of tumours before every injection,accompanied with high frequency sonography inspection and take the change of thickness as index to calculate the average thickness of tumours of the 2 groups＇ patients.Meanwhile,follow-up examine side-effects.Follow-up visit the 2 groups patients for 3 months after 1 course of treatment,and evaluate the curative effect of the 2 kinds of treatment.Results The 2 kinds of treatment are in no obvious difference in effectiveness,also are the average thicknesses of tumors.However,the thicknesses of tumors change greatly after the first injection of lauromacrogol.The adverse reaction of the two kinds of injection differs a lot.Conclusion There is no obvious difference between Pingyangmycin and Lauromacrogol on curing venous malformation,but concerning the onset time and side effects,Lauromacrogol is superior to Pingyangmycin.
