水氧治疗仪合并丹参酮胶囊治疗轻、中度痤疮的疗效观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of water oxygen equipment and tanshinone capsules phototherapy combination in the treatment of acne

目的:观察水氧治疗仪合并丹参酮胶囊治疗轻、中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将120例轻、中度痤疮患者随机分为两组。治疗组采用水氧治疗仪结合口服丹参酮胶囊治疗;对照组仅给予口服丹参酮胶囊治疗。两组均治疗8周后评定疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为83.33%和68.33%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水氧治疗仪合并丹参酮胶囊治疗轻、中度痤疮,疗效肯定,安全、有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the combination water oxygen spray and tanshinone capsules in treatment of patients with minor or medium degree acne.Methods 120 cases of minor or medium degree of acne were randomly divided into two groups 60 patients as treanting group were treated with water oxygen spray 3 times a week,Po,after 8 weeks,at the same time given 4 grains tanshinone capsule 3 times a day.The other 60 patients as control group were given tanshinone capsule only.Results The effective rate of treating group was 83.33％,while that of control group was 68.33 ％.The difference of effective rate in two groups was significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Combination water oxygen spray with tanshinone capsules appears to have better curative rate and effective rate than tanshinone capsules giving only.
