裸花紫珠片联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹临床观察

目的：观察裸花紫珠片联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：选择2013年01月-2013年12月我院皮肤科收治的带状疱疹患者186例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用裸花紫珠片、阿昔洛韦联合治疗，对照组仅用阿昔洛韦治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为96．9％，对照组总有效率为78．6％，观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组不良反应发生率为18．6％，对照组不良反应发生率为53．9％，观察组明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：裸花紫珠片联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹起效快、费用低、不良反应小，值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe Luohuazizhu tablets acyclovir treatment of herpes zoster in clinical efficacy. Methods： January 2013 December 2013 186 eases of herpes zoster in patients admitted to our hospital dermatology randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group Luohuazizhu tablets, acyclovir combination therapy, control group, only acyclovir treatment were compared clinical efficacy. Results： The total effective rate was 96.9% in the control group, the total effective rate was 78.6% in the observation group was significantly higher （P 〈0.05）; adverse reactions occurred in the observation group was 18.6% in the control group incidence of adverse reactions rate was 53.9% in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： I.uohuazizhu tablets acyclovir treatment of herpes zoster rapid onset, low cost, side effects, worthy of promotion.
