23例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理体会

目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理措施及健康指导。方法：对32例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，在常规治疗的同时进行气道护理、呼吸训练等措施。结果：29例经治疗和护理病情好转出院，有效率达90％，3例患者未达到很好的控制，转上级医院。结论：慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，通过气道护理、呼吸训练、营养护理、氧疗、心理护理可提高疗效，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the illness observation, nursing and health guidance for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： from 2010 June to 2012 June in our hospital 32 cases selected patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, were given effective anti-infection therapy and supportive therapy. Results ：29 cases after treatment and nursing was improved, the effective rate was 90%. Conclusion ：patients with obstructive fertilizer chronic disease complex, long course of dis ease, complications, prognosis is poor, the key is the active treatment, careful nursing, disease control, prevent the complications. Can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
