观察产时体位护理与”一对一”责任制助产联合应用纠正胎位异常的效果

目的：观察产时体位护理与“一对一”责任制助产联合应用纠正胎位异常的临床效果。方法：选择2012年2月-2013年10在我院住院分娩的180例胎位异常产妇平分为观察组、对照组各90例。对照组给予传统模式助产，观察组给予体位护理与”一对一”责任制助产，并对临床效果进行比较。结果：观察组转为枕前位例数与自然分娩率均明显高于对照组；观察组第一、二产程平均时间明显短于对照组，比较均具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：应用产时体位护理与“一对一”责任制助产模式进行胎位异常纠正，可有效提高自然分娩率，降低难产率，保证母婴生命安全。

Purpose：Postural care and observation of producing ＂one to one＂ responsibility to correct abnormal fetal position midwifery combined clinical effects. Method： Choose February 2012 -2013 10 deliveries in our hospital 180 cases of maternal fetal abnormalities flat divided into two groups, the control group 90 cases. The control group received the traditional model of midwifery,Postural care and observation group was given ＂one to one＂ accountability midwifery, And to compare the clinical effect. Results： Observation group into pillow cases and the number of anterior vaginal delivery were significantly higher; Observation group first and second stage of labor was significantly shorter than the average time of the control group,Comparative differences were significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of production postural care and ＂one to one＂ responsibility to correct abnormal fetal position midwifery model can effectively improve the natural birth rate and reduce dystocia rate, ensure the safety of mother and child.
