摘要
采用PID控制方法,以实现三辊轧管机转速同步为目标,设计了基于西门子S7-300PLC直流电机调速系统,经过在轧管系统中的试运行表明,该方案响应迅速,动态同步误差小,能较好地满足被控对象对高精度同步控制的要求,并在实验平台上获得了较好的控制效果。
This paper present revolving speed control system of three rollers synchronous,using PID Control, designing DC motor speed control system of Siemens S7-300PLC, the operadoning of three rollers synchronous system indicating that this project response quickly, Dynamic synchronous' error is small, the purpose that improved the control accuracy of synchronouscontrol system can be achieved.The controlling effect is good in the experimental platform.
