上海市长宁区儿童乳牙反调查分析

Survey of crossbite in primary dentition in children located in Changning district of Shanghai

目的 了解上海市长宁区儿童乳牙反[牙合]的患病情况。方法 以个别正常[牙合]为标准,对1 750名3-5岁儿童进行口腔检查。结果 本区乳牙反[牙合]的患病率为12.46%,5岁组男女间存在高度显著性差异（P〈0.01）,其他年龄组男女间及各年龄组间无显著性差异。乳牙反[牙合]的主要表现是多个乳前牙反[牙合]。结论 乳牙反[牙合]是一种常见的口腔疾病,应早发现,早预防,早治疗。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of crossbite in primary dentition in children located in Changning District of Shanghai. Methods A survey of erossbite was performed in 1750 children aged from three to five years old according to the criteria for normalhite, Results Crossbite prevalence rate in primary dentition of children was 12.46% in this district. There was significant difference between boys and girls at five,while there was no significant difference between boys and girls at 3 or 4, and among all age groups. Conclusions Crossbite in primary dentition is a common oral disease. More attention should be addressed in examination,prevention and treatment.
