摘要
目的综述MSCs老化研究进展,总结在MSCs老化研究中取得的成就和当前面临的困境。方法广泛查阅国内外有关MSCs老化研究的文献,并进行综述。结果人工转导使MSCs表达端粒酶延缓老化,甚至使细胞永生,但也存在潜在安全隐患;年龄相关的细胞老化研究由于研究对象选择不规范,导致结果不一;从多方面改善细胞体外培养条件有助于延缓老化;氧化应激学说似乎并不能很好说明细胞老化现象。结论 MSCs老化机制研究仍是组织工程种子细胞研究难点,针对MSCs老化机制的研究有助于加速组织工程向临床应用转化。
Objective To comprehensively analyze the recent advancements in the field of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) aging, and summary its achievements and its difficulty at the present. Methods The literature about MSCs aging was reviewed and analyzed. Results Inducible telomerase reactivation of MSCs is successful to extend the life span of senescent cells, but it also has potential safety hazard. The age range presented in the research of age-related cell senescence is inconsistent, resulting in different outcomes. Many ways to improve cell in vitro culture conditions will help delay aging. Recent research indicates that oxidative stress theory is seemed to not completely explain cell aging. Conclusion Further research of MSCs aging mechanism will help the tissue engineering transform to clinical application.
