摘要
针对大型船用柴油发动机的缸盖外形轮廓、水套特点、进气及排气道参数要求、缸盖壁厚状况、尺寸精度要求等因素,开发出缸盖特有的复合模具技术。采用这种多方式联合的复合模具技术可以取代木模单一工艺,它是大型模具设计制造的一种新模式,能为今后类似零件的模具技术开发提供依据。
Aiming at characteristics of the profile and water jacket, the parameter requirements of the inlet and exhaust ports, wall thickness and the precision requirement of cylinder head for large marine diesel engine, special compound mold technology for cylinder-head was developed. Using multi-mode combined composite mould technology can replace the single process of wooden mould. It is a new model for the large mold in design and manufacturing, which can provide the base for mold technology development of similar parts in future.
