摘要
活塞在工作时,材料易造成疲劳裂纹。通过对试样的组织、性能分析,对比了P和P+Sr复合变质对铝硅合金组织、性能的影响,从而优化了变质处理工艺,提高了活塞材料的性能。
The piston material is easy to cause the fatigue crack in working. Through analyzing the microstructure and properties of the sample, the effects of P and P+Sr composite modification on the microstructure and properties of A1-Si alloy were contrasted. Thereby the technology of modification was optimized and the performance of piston material was improved.
