电子束快速铸造涡轮叶片组织与性能分析研究 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了电子束快速铸造K4169合金复杂空心涡轮叶片的工艺过程。采用电子束CT检测系统分析了快速铸造叶片的冶金质量及成型精度。对比分析了快速铸造、传统铸态、热处理态K4169合金及锻态GH4169合金试样的化学成分、微观组织、硬度等。结果表明:快速铸造叶片叶型轮廓精度与传统铸造毛料相当,试样化学成分符合K4169名义化学成分,晶粒较传统铸态明显细化且沿层面法线方向生长,硬度优于传统铸件,且与锻件相当。 The process of electron beam rapid casting of K4169 alloy complex hollow turbine blades was introduced. The metallurgical quality and precision of rapid casting of the blades were analyzed by electron-beam CT inspection system. The rapid casting and traditional casting were compared. The chemical composition, microstructure and hardness of heat treatment state K4169 alloy and forging state GH4169 alloy were analyzed. The results show that: compared with the traditional casting, the blades profile accuracy of rapid casting blades are the same. The grain size is obviously refined and grows along the direction normal level. The hardness is superior to forge casting. The chemical composition of the sample is consistent with K4169 nominal composition.
