摘要
以工业上普遍应用的AZ91合金为研究对象,通过在铸造凝固过程中施加一定振幅的机械振动,研究了机械振幅对合金显微组织、非金属夹杂物和力学性能的影响。结果表明,机械振动可有效细化合金晶粒和非金属夹杂物,提高合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率。
Taking AZ91 alloy as research object, the effects of amplitude of mechanical vibration on the microstructure, metallic inclusions and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied by mechanical vibration applied in the solidification process. The results can provide theory references for the development and application of new type of the alloy.
